Our Team

As Vice President of The Benfield Group’s Health Care Practice, Andy Allison helps pharmaceutical, biotech and device clients improve and protect access to their revenue streams, grow share for their products and deepen their relationships with key customers. Andy’s projects have included developing coalition education programs, conducting employer market research projects and planning and executing employer training and marketing programs for clients.

With more than 25 years in the health care industry, Andy has built therapeutic expertise in cardiovascular health, CNS, anesthesia, anti-infectives, pain, depression, GI, respiratory and oncology by working across the supply chain with employers, coalitions, providers, health plans, government, pharmacy, allied health care professionals, and health care systems. Andy’s experience includes building successful health education and training programs for health professionals and helping employer, coalition and pharmaceutical clients exceed their goals.

Andy is a graduate of the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology.
