Making Progress Against Stiff Headwinds: Lessons from Cyclists and Business Health Coalitions

When it comes to exercise, I generally like to go it alone. It’s good ‘quiet time’—nobody to talk to, and nobody talking to me. Ahh… There are times, however, when I regret being alone; like when I’m out on my bike on a windy day. If you’ve ever tried to ride into a stiff wind, you know how it delivers the double whammy of making progress both slower and more difficult. (more)
